Maruti for sure. Maybe Hyundai is second. I am not sure if this is an indigenous effort, the Indica & the Nano were designed by IDEA.

Manufactured and assembled in India. (atleast the santro and all.) The more expensive cars have some parts imported.

export as well. i20's are made in india for worldwide export IIRC. Import rate is around 108% for completely built units and 60% for completely knocked down units.(parts imported, assembled here)
