Should Dhoni stand upto the stumps for Munaf?

When Irfan used to play for India, they negated his swing by coming down the wicket. I used to say he should stand upto the stumps. It does two things. forcing bowler to bowl stump to stump line and also preventing batsman from advancing down the track. Sangakkara used to mess up Gauti's mind by standing upto the stumps. At the end of the day it is down to Dhoni how comfortable he is standing upto seamers.

MSD used to stand upto Irfan and Praveen at times. Perhaps he should try that for MP too.

I feel bowlers start to bowl differently when the keeper is standing up. So, I would say, NO.

It won't make an iota of difference if he stand in front of the stumps too. Munaf is not going to beat the batsman too often and he sure can't bowl yorkers.
