IMO Ashwin is a slightly better ODI bowler,he puts lots of revolutions on ball.Ball dips a lot more and is not a easy bowler to hit.Another point that goes in his favor is excellent control and carom ball.Harbhajan hardly bowls doosra these days.Both are reasonable lower order batsmen.Though Ashwin's fielding is atrocious. I have seen him drop some sitters.

Maybe after a few years No.. i meant the reason Bhajji is not able to take wicket is , he bowls wide outside the off stump and gives a clear view for batsman. Also he delivers at an angle making it even more predictable. But when you toss the ball like Ashwin in a straight line closer to stumps you won't know which way the ball is going to go. In one dayers you have to bowl close to the stumps. That is the change Kapil dev did for one dayers. You have to give yourself a chance to get a batsman leg before, bowled, catch, stumping everything. With this angle it is pretty hard to beat the batsman in flight unless he bowls a mean doosra.

He is also not giving the ball air and seems content to push the ball at the batsman. With skilled batsman that ball will rarely take wickets. He should give the ball some air and also bowl the doosra regularly so the batsman will be afraid of using his feet and coming out of his crease to the pitch of the ball.
