These clips are in public domain' date=' what is wrong in releasing them ?? They should find a room. Recently I took business class flight for the first time and it was A rated. One couple were trying to do stuff in front of me and got annoyed when I stared at them. Fools doing right in front of me and expecting me to not see :finger: Their kissing was very loud as well. Idiots, putting bachelors in a tight spot :sniffle:[/quote'] This. Saw a girl giving a guy bj in cinema theatre. Like all lovers, they think it's discreet and none would understand. :phehehe:

:WTF: Just because you get intimate in public, it doesn't give people right to make media clips and commoditise if on the Internet. In addition, this isn't the core issue!

PDA beyond a point is gross. Just really bad taste. Yesterday we were at a red light and the couple who were first in line started kissing as the green light came on.....they took 8 secs of the green light when the total green time was 30 secs.....my husband was like...yaar jaldi chalega to jaldi ghar pahunchega.....:giggle:

Do these people not see the cctv cameras on the train....?
If it was those "normal cctv camera" they wouldn't have done it unless it's a spy cam or a mobile came which they couldn't spot it. There are various spy cam of different types/shapes to record videos :wall:

Metro coaches have 4 cctv cameras in each coach.

They did it because they had thought that the CCTV footage will not be uploaded online for the satisfaction of perverts.

Stupid term used by a bunch of jokers who cannot get a room. What about the security guys who are watching the cameras? This will be a distraction to them as well.

It will be not be uploaded? They are so dumb then..CCTV footage are recorded and in india there is 90% of chance being uploaded by someone who gains access to it. They need to get a room than doing it in public.

I didn't know that.

Yes - apparently in India not all people are that rich enough to get some "space". Security guys watching cameras can watch and keep it to themselves. Just because you see someone wearing a mini skirt or kiss in public is not a guilt free license for you to make a tape of it and upload it to Youtube. Some common sense would do just fine.

When did I say that? Of course they may be - depending on the definition of acceptable behavior. Irrespective, of the adjectives you may want to label to the couple - it is NOT a license to you, me or anyone else to tape you and upload it on the Internet (w/o your consent). In civilized countries, you may end up doing some cool jail time. The problem with this is incident is privacy and not moral posturing of people in the metro. It would be well advised to not forget that point.

Arreey yaar! I am just trying to make a simple point that two wrongs do not make a right. Of course, the people need to be careful but that just because two people are involved in PDA in a public space is not a guilt free pass for your 15-minutes of fame on the Internet. Respect people's privacy!

Privacy does not even come here. Even in civilized socities I can take a camera and take pics/videos in public. The only crime here is uploading the video which may have broken some employment rules. The PDAs themselves deserve no privacy. Imagine a parent taking a child on train and two people sitting in front and eating each others lips :hysterical:

They can't be expecting privacy :dontknow:

 Taking pictures itself is a crime in many countries - read the Google Glass thread for some examples. The uploading of video not only breaks employment rules but also violates many other constitutional rights. And your parent example is moot because [A] this happens in many countries and these people were on an empty train if you care to read the article!

They can't be expecting privacy :dontknow:[/quote'] :wall: First, there were no people in the metro when they were traveling. Second, even if they were - can you tell me what right do you have to tape it? If it is indeed public, it is restricted to the public in the metro - why should you tape it and upload it to the Internet w/o their consent? There's a violation of privacy because they indulged the act in a confined space and now that space is lost. You can argue whatever they want but it is their prerogative to define their space.
