Gambo is aggressive against the spinners and we surely will need him against the Lankans in the middle overs. Furthermore, him being a left hander makes it difficult for the bowlers to settle into a line.
asterix Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 He can't even play amature spinners these days looking at the way he allowed Hafeez to fox him..He comes at No3 and scores 20-30 runs and then gets out when the spinners come on. He is having some attitude problems too. His running between the wickets has been atrocious, having a go on fellow players of no fault of them, not taking any responsibilities as a senior player and looking for excuses to go off the field..If he really is injured and it's better that he sits out. I was hoping him to take charge of Indian team in future, as captain. But looking at his attitude towards other players, attitude towards his own batting, I'm bit dissappointed of him..

But Gauti is one of the best players of spin bowling in the international circuit... :(( If YP replaces him in the team, I would have Raina bat at No:3, as he too can play spin pretty well...
