Baad Indian Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 My eyes were wet watching Sachin hold the world cup trophy , I have waited for this single moment to happen for years , thought it would happen in 96 , then 99 , then 2003 , then 2007 after which i thought its end of the road for Tendulkar but it wasnt to be , The Great Man came back against all odds and today he is a world cup winner . Amazing feeling .

Thanks yaar , the good thing is that this world cup victory has brought more varieties of Sachin Pics . Previously All Sachin fans on cricket forums or networking sites used to place his typical pics in display/avatar where he only held the bat or sometimes was playing a shot or sometimes attending special event like wimbledon but now we have the Biggest Pic of them all and a completely different one where the Little Master can be seen holding the Biggest Trophy of them all . I thank Sachin once again for making all of us proud with his achievements
Params7 Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Couldn't hold back the tears when I saw Sachin come down to the field to celebrate.
ganeshran Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 I can die happy now that I saw Sachin hold the trophy that he deserved so many times yet has eluded him :((

Javier Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 No true cricket fan can ever question Sachin's contribution to Cricket and his team , his failure or I should team the Teams failure to win the world cup this time again wouldnt have stopped all of us from loving Sachin yet I desperately wanted to see him being part of a world cup winning squad . He deserved it more than anything anyone .
Anakin Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 me too you guys would be baffled if i share my experiences of how i spent my time once sachin got out anyways it will be my next blog post... a must read i promise u people I think I can relate to that. It was so damn hard for me to think of the possibility that this might be the last time I'll ever see him in ODIs. I hope the Great One plays test matches for few more years. The joy of seeing him with the WC trophy will alleviate pain of the possibility of not seeing him in colours.
jhakati Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 most touched by yuvi and MSD's tears, MSD for a man who rarely shows emotion
flamy Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 I started bawling once we needed 15 to win. I'm still bawling. :sniffle:
vvvslaxman Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Dont think Gauti cried lol He was asked if he cried.. he just said "I was not the one who was part 2007 world cup squad" something to the effect. Do not think any of the delhi boys cried. Viru, Kohli, Gauti.
flamy Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 I thought I saw Viru with moist eyes. Anyway, it was a completely new feeling for me. Crying with the sheer rush of joy. Fecking orgasmic.
