To err is human and ICC is run by a lot of humans. Let's try to get list of their screw ups and see if they can rectify them in the future. 1. The coin that mostly lands heads - Newly minted, money grabbing coins are fine as long as they are tested properly. Towards the second half of the tournament, every captain knew this and called heads (Did Sanga really call tails at first?) and Dhoni being the home captain never got the chance to call heads. 2. Long and meaningless format - If it wasn't for the 2 English loss against BD and Ireland, group B would have been as exciting as group A i.e. not very. 3.Match referee sleeping during the toss in the Finals. 4.Imperfect DRS rules 1: If a ball clips the leg stump twice identically, the result actually depends on the umpires 1st call. 5.Imperfect DRS rules 2: What happens after the 2 reviews run out and then the umpire makes a bad decision like Ponting not given LBW in the QF

Couldn't agree more. I think the super six format was good. Last WC was an abberation. As for UDRS, well what can I say. I thought Dhoni nailed the problem.

I believe in the finals of the first edition of IPL. Lalit Modi spun the coin and Warne did the calling. Think about poor dhoni. He had no say in the toss. :giggle:
