That fellow is a joke. Why did he not disclose that to SIT? And why did come out exactly at the time of TN/Kerala/WB polls? Kaangressi walas trying to secure some minority votes?:doh:
I read somehwere that fellow was not even in the meeting. LOL...

I've heard these things first hand from serving IAS/IPS officers under Modi - it's not news. Shame on everyone who continues to vote this mass murdered into power.
I am sure you did. But I keep wondering, how on the earth Centrally Run CBI, SITs have not nailed him.

^not same logic. Tytler was congressi and government in central was congressi, which is not the case here. You should sometimes take your blindfolds and think. Was there SITs for 84 riots? We can say there was not much evidence against Tytler. But it seems there is lot of evidence against Modi, I mean ppl have made their own judgement on him based on those evidences. and unfortunately our stupid Judges/SITs are not able to.

Very good Article. One more this to remember is, whether Modi is culprit or not, The people of his state are electing him. They are the ones who are living there so we need to respect their decision too.

or in other words vote for Nov'26 Mumbai terror empathizers that are in power today that are out there to undermine and humiliate the majority every step of the way and destroy the very fabric of what the Indian culture is and in the end make the majority impotent in the name of appeasement and being politically correct by playing the vote bank politics. These are nothing but the enemy with in as I call them.

That is the key isn't it. Majority including the Muslim populus voted for Modi and what his state has achieved in comparison to the rest of the country is there for all to see. Never mind what a few pseudo intellects masquerading as tolerant broadminded individuals on a forum that have nothing to lose got to say.

Its ok people like Mayawati and Lalu are not convicted as they can be used a political weapon whenever government need their vote during non confidence motions. This blackmail trick has been used both by NDA and UPA but not nailing Modi is some thing different. May be this will result in Modi getting crucified god category by people of Gujarat . Congress will never be able to win seats in double digit their.

youngindia' date=' who are the[b'] scholars that found evidence of political mastermind against Modi and why was it not presented at the numerous hearings ( which were held openly ) by the Nanavati commision ?
Will a conspiracy theory have evidence? :dontknow::dontknow:. I agree when people say that Modi failed to control riots. But some folks go overboard and say that he has engineered the riots. Come on, did he encourage them and supply them with the cutting edge arsenal of rocks, sticks, knifes and petrol bombs? 117 hindus were killed in police firing. Apparently Modi has used his superior intellect to list the names of these hindus as well, so as to save his a**. This is the wildest conspiracy theory I have heard. We have beaten Jaid Hamid miyaa..:two_thumbs_up::two_thumbs_up:

Gujarat riots/murders were a revenge for the Godhra burning. I am not too happy that innocents got caught in this, but they always seem to as was the case with Godhra burning, Gujarat riots and 26/11. The fact that a sitting CM might have permitted the systemic killing of minorities is troubling he should be brought to justice if there is evidence to support it. If there is evidence to support it, I am sure the Kangress govt will not let him free. The fact that they haven't been able to nail him means that the evidence is not as clear cut as some would like it to be. Now, the larger problem is that we have some elements of the minority who can't seem to stfu and learn to live peacefully with the majority. What are we going to do about these elements?

Good Point . I think those "some elements" become mouth piece of the minority which is a huse vote bank for some parties. Also, why didn't people take any action against Sudhakar Rao Naik (INC) during 1992 Mumbai Riots ? The cops did helped the rioters that time too.

I think your larger point on state providing justice is correct. The trouble in India is that the system is too far gone down the wrong road to remedy this easily. There is a lot of work to be done in order to have the system of equitable justice which you are asking for. Personally I am not optimistic I don't know about you.
I am optimistic. I think today its easier for a poor person to get some justice as compared to 20-30 years ago. A lot of credit goes to the media for that. But thats another story. @ YoungIndia: Forget convictions, how many rioters have Gujarat Police arrested in these 9 odd years? That is where Modi and his government have failed. Whether this failure is because the government wishes it or because its of inefficiency, I don't know.
