Patel is assured of his place , Has experience in captaining his Ranji side and has international exposure as a player. Maybe Hodge would have been a better captain but i dont see any reason why Patel cant be a good captain too.

CoverDrive Posted May 19, 2011 Posted May 19, 2011 He is the Ajit Agarkar of Keeping. Seems to have great technique atleast with the bat and looks good enough to be in test team and when he starts screwing he can outperform even Akmal. He has cost us a Test Series win in Aus how worse can it get :(
