What will the KXIP's NRR if they win by let's say 70 runs or so?
I read that if KXIP win their next two by 40 runs and CSK loses their next 2 by 40 runs, KXIP will be below CSK by .1, so guess every 20 runs is .1, although it should be runs/20*games played I think (:giggle:)

The way it is set up now, looks like the last match day before the play offs i.e. 22nd Oct would decide who goes through to the play offs along with RCB. RCB vs CSK and MI vs KKR on that day.

MI still has a chance of getting knocked out ? :woot: It seemed they were clear favorites to go all the way just a couple games ago.
If they lose the remainder of their games and KRR & KXIP get at least one more win Mumbai will the team most likely to miss out.

Just saw the fixtures. So if Mumbai lose the next game against Rajasthan and Punjab beat Deccan, Mumbai has to win against KKR to qualify. :omg: Not looking good for them I must say. They have a tendency to buckle under pressure.

But Rajasthan are too poor at the moment to beat MI. Yes they have battered them earlier but I don't think they stand a chance now. MI would most probably qualify as well as CSK and it will boil down between KKR and punjab IMO. Though I must say I would love to see the faces of those cocky MI fans if they are knocked out.:cantstop::two_thumbs_up::two_thumbs_up::cantstop:

RR have thrown in the towel...after the CSK pitch fiasco in Jaipur. U can clearly see from their performances...they are just going through the motions. MI should be able to win this & qualify got playoffs. Hoping PW also throw in the towel against KKR & lose by a big margin.

I would like to see RR give a good fight....but MI to win at the end. Should prepare MI well for the next few games. RCB is just riding on gayle.
