Excellent coach. A real motivator who gets the best out of his players and is highly proficient in both the strategic and psychological elements of the game. India would be lost without him.

I disagree, I think he has been put in his place by the egos of the big 5 Dhoni, Tendulkar, Dravid, Laxman and sehwag and he therefore is struggling to make any changes Sack those 5 and appoint Kholi and you will see some real changes
