Brainfade Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 Considering that there is a huge contingent of Gujaratis in the US, I am very surprised and disappointed at the dearth of a Gujarati restaurant. I love a good Gujarati thaali, but inexplicably, there is hardly a restaurant that serves it up. You can get certain items (dhokla etc.) and chaat, of course, but not a thaali. I asked Mr. Patel and he said that most non-Gujaratis don't like Gujarati food, and Gujaratis make it at home anyway, so why?

Jersey #10 Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 If anyone has lived in Baroda would know about this restaurant called 'Rajdhani'. They have the best gujju thali in the world (not that i have tried gujju thali's all around the world but they are really good).
