Can you really blame MSD for not picking Sree after his horror show in the practice match? Looks fat and unfit, and then bowls like a joke in the only warm up match. Had he been picked and gone for runs, the same set who are asking for his inclusion would have been saying why pick someone who clearly looks undercooked after an injury layoff.

I don't base my opinion on selecting a player on how a person behaves on/off field. For me it's mainly picking the right tools Looking at the bowling stock in our squad, the starting line up should be Zak, Sree and Ishant, along w/ Bhajji. Sree would be more of a wildcard, someone who could win a session. If he isn't bowling well, I would simply use other bowlers more and Sree in short bursts. If he is bowling well then there is nothing like it. This guy has delivered with the ball whether its against SA in SA or SL in Ind, where, iirc, the spinners were not that effective If we start weighing others factors like 'behavior' more, it won't be long before our #1 tag goes away. And it would be deserving because we got cocky and overlooked the right tools available to us. It's not a great feeling to not be #1 anymore. If we fall further, the #1 would be more like a dream and then we have to harp on things like 'once we were #1 in tests'

Zak despite being unfit can bowl at 80 mph with all his skills and pick wickets. Sree needs to be at peak fitness to bowl in good rhythm and be effective.

Horror show? Atleast sree got a wicket ,no indian seamer got a wicket , sree if undercooked should be dropped but then pick munaf as atleast he can bowl with the old ball if sun comes out pk is going to disappear
