I have watched him in county cricket and he gets wickets bowling absolute nothing deliveries (just like Kaneria did then as soon as he played international cricket he gets spanked) Tahir's much better than Kaneria. How Kaneria made it to national team is a mystery to me. The guy picks up wkts but after conceding 150 odd runs.

I mean i know it's not as bad as Venezuela's bowling attack, but it's isn't close to that of South Africa.. At home, all look like Tigers and Lions. They did perform well in Australia, but then so have our own bowlers. I rate English bowling as good as India's or Australia's. South African attack being the best of the lot.
cameron_black Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 when it comes to fast bowling, SA are miles ahead with the new ball. steyn and morkel are no match for anderson and tremlett, especially because of the fact that the SA duo can do serious damage (as they've proven) even on lifeless tracks. but when it comes to the first change seamer, broad seems to have the edge over tsotsobe/parnell. in terms of spin, swann is daylights ahead of harris (SA's current test spinner). botha and tahir might come into the picture in upcoming tours, but it's too early to make a call. so i'd say they're pretty even at the moment if we consider the overall scenario.

He along with Morkel has the ability to take wickets even in India, whereas I can't see English attack causing much trouble in India. In fact this English attack would be destroyed against this Indian batting line up. SA is definitely ahead. Only positve England have in overall bowling department is the better spinner.

Tremlett and Morkel are pretty much evenwhilst Steyn is probably just better than Jimmy. In the spin department england are far superior. So they are pretty evenly matched... Hahahahahhahaha.. What a delusional english fan.. Morkel has proven record and steyn is the best bowler in the world. Anderson is as good as ganguly on subcontinental wickets :hysterical:
