Injury/Fitness update in England series so far.....

Is cricket the only sport where the number of analysts is greater than the number of players.? Can anyone say why the ****ing hell is Akram commenting on India when his own country is close to being banned in international cricket.
At least he is a changed man. He tried to help a few Indian bowlers and am sure that he is supporting India.

Looks like Gambhir won't play. What Indian team will do now? http://www.espncricinfo.com/england-v-india-2011/content/current/story/525093.html Will we see this team in second test? Mukund Yuvraj (playing match after long time) Dravid Sachin Laxman Raina Dhoni Harby/Munaf PK Ishant Sree (Playing match after for long time)
Pray for rain. India without Sehwag would find it tough to beat England in England. India without Sehwag and Zak will find it extremely tough to beat India and England. India without Sehwag, Zak and Gambhir have no chance. In my opinion the following are India's 5 most important test players. Top 3 (in no particular order) Sehwag SRT Zak followed by Gambhir and VVS. I do not think we can win without 3 of our best players.

Dravid to open' date=' Yuvi comes down the order - if Gambhir can't play.[/quote'] This looks like a jinxed tour for India. Very hard to win if Zak, Sehwag, Gambhir cant play and Bhajji being out of form. If Gambhir doesnt play, they will probably open with Dravid and Mukund. VVS will come in at 3, Sachin at 4 and Yuvraj at 5. :nervous:

No point in thinking about the negatives and who's not there, the team needs to focus on the players that are there and how to get the best out of them.

Gambhir doubtful for 2nd test :wall: :wall:

Zaheer Khan has been ruled out of the second Test which begins in Nottingham on Friday, MS Dhoni has said. There had been doubts about Zaheer's availability for the match after he pulled out with a hamstring injury while bowling in England's first innings on the first day of the Lord's Test. India have Munaf Patel and Sreesanth as back-up seam options. India's other injury concern surrounds Gautam Gambhir who, Dhoni said, was doubtful "as of now" after injuring his left elbow during the Lord's Test. He is being given some time, Dhoni said, and a decision on him would be taken on the morning of the Test. He didn't train yesterday but was at nets today. India have limited options at opener, with Virender Sehwag not expected to be match fit before the third Test. India go into the Trent Bridge Test 1-0 down in the four-match series; England will go to No 1 in the Test rankings if they win the series by a two-Test margin.
:(( Tour toh gayyo...
