By playing mostly and winning mostly in India. India was always going to struggle outside of India, and once Sachin, Dravid, and Laxman retire then they will become very very mediocre.....they are playing these days like one anyways. Same for England...home bullies they are. Pakistan will give them a beating soon.

Bull we won more tests compared to Pakistan outside Home in this decade one bad series doesnt make us bad like ur batting greats yousuf and younis khan couldnt even save from 10-0 white wash by aus and pakistan couldnt never get to no.1 even when they had wasim waqar imran . Look at our odi side no laxman dravid ganguly still won the series in Australia new zealand Srilanka.

Yes, playing and winning in our own country is definitely that we have done. Something which current Pakistani team and of the future will not do..Not by choice though :hysterical: And we definitely are betting on pakistan to do so. I don't mind Englishmen viciously criticizing the current performance by the Indian team. We really played badly and England has played well --- kudos to the English team. What I mind though is ex-players like Boycott and others critisizing the immense effort of the Indian team in the last 3 years to be the nr. 1 team for almost 2 years and also winning the World Cup. That really is acting like vintage selfish Boycott that he so desperately tries to hide nowadays. :winky:

Our team actually played like school girls. That is a fair criticism. I don't mind Englishmen viciously criticizing the current performance by the Indian team. We really played badly and England has played well --- kudos to the English team. What I mind though is ex-players like Boycott and others critisizing the immense effort of the Indian team in the last 3 years to be the nr. 1 team for almost 2 years and also winning the World Cup. That really is acting like vintage selfish Boycott that he so desperately tries to hide nowadays. :winky:

Did the past Indian captains / players say anythng ridiculous like England never ever deserved test status or something equally bad ? If they did then you had every right to feel aggrieved. The Ordinary fans would always be biased. Although that is not good I don't think that can be stopped. It is the comments by past English captains/ important players that is objectionable. Also, the more pertinent question here is bashing the current bad performance, which should be done, vis-a-vis deriding past wonderful performances. Did that happen after the 2007 tour ?
