When a bowler is proving to be extremely expensive in those few matches without really giving you the strikes that you expect of him, then those performances are certainly deserving of getting dropped. Had he given at least 20 runs lesser than he did (which would still be quite expensive) there may have been a case for him to play the next game, but he bowled pathetically. An economy rate of nearly 10 when the other two pacers bowled at about 5 runs an over just shows the gulf between him and the rest of the bowlers. Bowling like that really handicaps the captain as he has to look to his part-timers to bowl a few overs.

^^^^^He will play in division 2 againist teams like Assam/Tripura etc etc.Most of their batters are crap againist genuine pace.Aaron will grow if he plays for India.He can bowl 145 plus mostly and that will be an asset.And dont worry no Mushfiqur or Anamul are going to dance down the pitch to a 90MPH bowler on Aussie pitches and hit them for 6.

I never wanted umesh in ODIs dude. I always made case for him in tests. If you think Sandeep can do better and if he's worthy of selection, he will be given chance in future. Until then, it's mere speculation. Again, I'm not a speed junkie but you can continue to believe that if it makes you happy.
