CoverDrive
so basically we are going to see a score of 400/2 in two days. what next 600/3 by end of day 3. Link to comment
saneindian
In situations like this, one wonder if the first innings should be capped at a maximum of 150 overs in domestic cricket. Rajasthan look intent to try and take first innings lead even if it means batting for 3 or 3and a half days. Shambolic in the finals of the premier domestic competition. Link to comment
Sidhoni
They are batting way too slowly Link to comment

I think if result does not come then they should declare joint winners. Rajasthan are batting so slowly on purpose here, RR less 2.24 is pathetic with only 2 wickets down. Link to comment
saneindian
226 runs on day 1, 176 runs on day 2 Absolutely no intent to try and force an outright win. The match referee should ban Vineet Saxena from batting tomorrow. Link to comment
Needforspeed
Stupid curator. Doesn't look as if both teams can complete even their first innings. No wonder the Indian team can't score 200 on pitches with some life on it. Link to comment
CoverDrive
they should really have got to 500 today. really poor stuff. they are missing menaria he can really up the scoring rate. if you want to bat till the third day you really need a score like 600 so that the result is safe. right now TN can still play out the remaining days and then probably the result will be based on group standings and there TN will win Link to comment
The Outsider
Not sure why people are blaming Rajasthan. Tamil Nadu hosted the final and prepared this disgrace of a wicket so that their FTBs can cash in. Rajasthan batsmen not being as accomplished FTBs as Tamil Nadu are following the same approach at a slower pace. The blame lies mainly with the curator and partially with the first innings lead rule. Rajasthan are just doing the best they can to win the trophy given the circumstances. Link to comment
Number
Both teams are fattu. None of them deserve to win. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
They are simply tiring them out. But it could backfire as they will leave themselves very little time to bowl out TN. Link to comment
bulbul
Tammies are still with chance....chasing 550+ for FI lead may not be big deal in this India Cements sponsored pitch Link to comment

He could rack up the runs pretty fast. Weather is fantastic in Chennai. So i guess they might be able to overcome the tiredness of standing on the ground for 2 plus days. Still you need to be mentally strong to come out and respond. Link to comment
