The Outsider Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 I mac :--D Wireless Keyboard and Mouse ka hint **** diya...thoda Brainstorming ke liye :winky: I like the idea of the iMac. Just that I spent $1000 2-3 years back to get a 27 inch display which will become useless if I get the iMac. I'll try to see how much I can sell it for if I do get an iMac. If it's in the $500-600 range that will bring the iMac cost down to around $1000.

Yes...I mean I have always been a desktop guy as laptops generally strain the hell out of me....... Also I bought mine at Best Buy...If you want to go the Financing route it is better compared to Apple Store...Also if you add student discount I think not a bad bargain(if that is the right word to use :--D )
maniac Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Also another brainflash as to why I went the IMac route...Was never a Mac user before and then....I bought an Ipod then after a few years..... I bought an Iphone and when a need arised to buy a decent Desktop,I mac was a good option and didn't have to shell out a lot more compared to a high end Windows desktop...Uniform compatability might be a big factor in the coming years once the cloud technology catches on if it hasn't caught on yet

Once you get used to 2, you would not want to go back to 1.

You do know buying a Mac Mini will give you portability options and you will still have the iMac experience right?
