Batting - Out performed imo. Bowling - PK was a big disappointment, shows again that if conditions are not right he can be very expensive, Munaf bowling at 120ks :facepalm: , Ashwin bowled way too short. Fielding - Has been average this series, easy singles and twos were gifted to England. Our bowling future is looking pretty grim (

^^Field placings? what can a captain do when all his 3 pacers are bowling short + wide + full at 120kph, he can have 15 fielders and still lose it. Agree on team selection bit though, Varun should've definitely played in place of Vinay Kumar.

I don't know if you've watched the match..At one point PK put his foot down and changed the fielding and placed a fielder in the cows corner..But by then loads of run already scored.. Similarly Dhoni was late in putting a sweeper cover when that gay trundler VK was bowling in the off side line..Loads of runs scored in the cover region. GHANTA even hit back to back 4s in the cover region and all the fielder were on the leg side..

Bowling is below average. Any other team can put better bowling performance than this in England.

Batting- excellent considering the players, their form and the s*** batting in the tests. Bowling- Usual pile of s*** delivered by indian bowlers, i doubt they can defend even 400 or keep england to less than 400, even bangladesh or zim wud do better. Fielding- usual donkeys. captaincy- moronic.

This is one of the worst bowling line-up I have ever seen in cricket. Just like batting, India needs to try other bowlers.

3 right handers in the bowling department. Same faster ball, same slower ball, same yorker, same (surprise bouncer) Everything predictable. I have a feeling Dhoni will bring in RP Singh next game instead of Vinay Kumar just to add a bit of variety :nervous:

Given how brittle our middle order is 5 bowlers wont work for us, and yeah when all 4 are going over 7-8 rpo then how can 5th bowler alone save us? Dhoni knows this, thats why he backs the batting to chase whatever total the opposition is allowed to set by our crappy bowlers.
