MCcricket Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 It is because of sheer numbers that India has a decent cricket team, most of the talent we have is lost, nepotism , selection, dust bowls, poor domestic structure, scheduling, mediocricity thrives.I fail to believe that India's three best bowlers were PK, VK, UNFIT RP,it is a shame, countries like NZ and Sri Lanka with very limited resources know how to groom and support young talent. Atleast IPL in it's old form there could be raw talent plucked and groomed, comparing Ranji with Australian domestic competition you can see the huge gap, let there be foreign players more money , good schedules, tracks, make it marketable, build a base like IPL teams. We are like our colonial masters who are said to be the originators of this game and through most history poor, now we are the most powerful , rich cricket nation with poor admisnistration, poor structure, domestic cricket , pitches, talent spotting , player grooming, fitness.
rkt.india Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 DC would much rather go for the Jaskarans and the Harmeet Singhs  Wonder what the so called talent scouts of these IPL franchises do. Yes...importing from Punjab why not search them in division cricket of Hyderabad.
rkt.india Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 Aquib Sheikh from Mumbai also looks to have a strong action. He is very young. http://www.sportsallways.com/MailScoreCard.aspx?MID=422db8110157418e http://www.espncricinfo.com/india/content/player/477148.html
rkt.india Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 Veer Pratap Singh From Bengal. I like the bowling action of this lad, only 19 year old. http://www.sportsallways.com/MailScoreCard.aspx?MID=7b1153f7c25841c9

rkt.india Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 rkt.india are you on a Shopping spree for fast bowlers' date=' where is your shopping cart ???? :winky:[/quote'] no just posting videos of pacers from that site...
speed_demon Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 no just posting videos of pacers from that site... Just kiddin!! Nice work though, identifying so many bowlers, not easy. I'm sure many would be trundlers even though they look good on the videos, until they are shown on live television there would be skepticism. Anwar Ahmed , Shami , Nechim are the 3 i really found good though

MCcricket Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 http://www.sportsallways.com/MailScoreCard.aspx?MID=c7ba3e7cb1de4722 Faiyaz Alam looks good , action and overall.
rkt.india Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 more than the pitches its the heat and humidity that gets to pacers as for the videos vohora looked to be as quick as nechim to me is he capable of bowling quicker ? few times i have seen nechim bowl in non t20 matches he tends to clock around 128-133k which is similar to vohora Dont think Nechim puts full effort in all matches. In this tournament as well in the video, he is just ambling in and even then delivering faster than many.
rkt.india Posted October 10, 2011 Posted October 10, 2011 Are we talking about Dheeraj Goswami No Arup Das. He is one match only.
gakgupta Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Veer Pratap Singh seems most impressive of all.
