mishra
Evans attracting red card was very follish. At the time score was 0-1 On side note, Similar thing happened when Russian oil money came Chelsea. Same is going to happen to city. They wont last more than 2 years

Bradman99
This City is side is blessed with amazing attacking talent. Any team which finishes above them will have done very, very well. Man Utd were stupid for throwing men forward like they did, they were just gifting City goals.

Bradman99
Shows City are actually quite smart in the market, they don't pay over the odds. Except for Lescott!! Haha but I guess Kompany makes up for that.
mishra
^ What that list doesnt show is cost of Nasri and Tevez. Both would have been in playing 11 of any team... It will be interesting to know the weekly wages of these players.... It also doesnt show how much losses City has been taking against poor buys and xfrs in last couple of years.. And anyone who knows if you score say 95% in a exam how difficult is is to score next 1-2% to score say 96%- 97% in the exam. And 277 mill >>> 232 mill

Again, he is worth that.

BERGKAMP
it is a good point, arsenal were down 3-1 at half time and instead of limiting the damage which we could have done, wenger took off our defensive midfielder coquelin and bought on an attacker in oxlade and went for goals and all out attack to try and salvage the game. in the process we got picked off by united and ended up with a crazy scoreline. similar to the 6-1, fergy could have gone defensive and lost by only 1 or 2 goals but it is not in the dna and mentality of managers like fergy and wenger to play anything other than attacking football. both 8-2 and 6-1 are slightly misleading scorelines. Not sure if serious :dontknow: Fergie himself said he wanted the players to shut shop after the 4 goal went and criticized Ferdinand and Evra for not doing that despite being experienced defenders.
