You got your chances, you disappointed. You didn't seem to have it in you to play at the highest level.

Farcical that was.[/quote'] i disagree. yuvraj did well in the big games at domestic level and against touring sides. remember that massive hundred he scored for the Board presidents XI against a near full strength aussie bowlig attack in 2008? there are other examples as well. yuvraj's issues were always technical. if he worked hard at his game and developed a better defence, he could have done well in test cricket. but he was lazy and never improved. talent was never an issue. he also got a hundred in his first 3 matches, never looked like a complete misfit at any form of international cricket like badrikanth. badrikanth could never score against good bowling attacks at domestic level, he even got bounced out by ishant sharma and that was when ishant was in awful form. the guy was a loser right from the start. thats why i still have some hope for raina. he has a good work ethic and wants to improve. he can play some good shots and has a sound temperament. he actually did show some improvement against short ball in the west indies. he may not be test material right now, but he could come back a better player in 3 or 4 years.

MCcricket Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 It was funny watching Badrinath , he scores a boundary then holds pose for a minute for the cameras, takes ages to take guard everyball, jerks, twitches like a joker.Mukund looks good, he might not be the most flamboyant, knows his game, he can be a good test batsmen for India,also seems to have a mature head for someone that young.
