Being realistic here. It matters to our selectors... Whether people like it or not Im just saying how it is. Consistency in IPL and ODI's gets you a Test spot. Especially for Gambhir who still has a good average.

How he plays cover drives and flicks doesn't matter now as long as he continues to give catching practice to slip fielders.
