yup.. he lost his presence of mind. Even if there was 1% chance he should have tried. High school stuff. You just run blind. Having said that.. with his running... he was going to be out by miles due to very slow running.

No one knew what could have happened. Tests wins don't come easily. We have won only 14 test matches against windies in 40 years. Teams have to work hard to win each match. Anyways, Ashwin performed very well in this match. It was his debut series and no one should take away credit from him just for what happened on last ball.
