Even Nagawasi from Nagaland relishes dog food ,but yes they are somewhat part of south East.

Just stay away from roadside street vendors and you are good to go. On the contrary, their street side food is really nice. I don't remember the name of the place, but somewhere very close to the night market is an open food court. Tried frog meat there. If someone told you that you are eating frog meat, you'd go , but if they gave you a plate of frog meat and said its crispy chicken/mutton you wouldn't even realize.

You can find a lot of weird stuff here in Bangkok -- Chicken feet (with the nails still in tact), cow tongue/lung etc. I think you can find some crocodile/snake meat if you look hard enough Let me tell you, crocodile meat is much better to eat as compared to this stuff, bugs, cow tongue, cockr oaches and lamb testicles.

Something better be told with drinks :) - in short, not kidnapped in literal sense, but kind of escorted/solicited by ladyboys to some of their place, when we were totally drunk, and at the last moment, it clicked and we had to figure out excuses to run. Did you go to the "ping - pong" shows at Patpong? surprisingly, I had not heard about it then - and I always read about the city as much as I can..
