Karan114 Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 Agreed. None of England's bowlers will make the India' date= South Africa, Australia, Pakistan team. Only Swann might for South Africa because Tahir isn't very good. Actually brah those rubbish English bowlers wouldn't even make the Bangla or Zim teams

Hell Raiser Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 With the way things are going with Aaron' date=' I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes on the same level as Steyn, [/quote']:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:
deathmonger Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 england fast bowlers suck in sc. this year they will perform badly.
Old guy Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 I'd say we have the joint best bowling attack in the world now with South Africa. Not sure if many will agree but I reckon our attack now is better than Englands. Khan > Anderson Yadav > Finn Aaron > Broad Sharma > Tremlett Kumar = Bresnan Ashwin = Swann Jadeja > Panesar Bhajj > Patel. What do you guys think? spinner wise if we play against each other ashwin is better but swann is beter bowler right now imo and pace attack ishant better then tremlett? no yadav better then finn i ve honestly not seen finn bow much so cant comment khan better than anderson if fit yes cos zack is better with older ball aaron better then broad no.. kumar=bresnan i really rate bresnan high.. praveen kumarn eeds to prove that he can perform when conditions does not favour him bresnan gets some reverse too so he is better imo

Jersey #10 Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 With the way things are going with Aaron' date=' I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes on the same [b']level as Steyn, as with Yadav. Tremlett is only a threat because of his height. He has no control, can't swing the ball and isn't very clever either. Sharma is Tremlett but who can swing it and is alot faster. Are you telling us that Steyn is same level as Yadav? :haha::haha::haha: Which cave do you live in? Steyn is a living legend while Yadav is still in his diapers

daryl1985 Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 I'd say we have the joint best bowling attack in the world now with South Africa. Not sure if many will agree but I reckon our attack now is better than Englands. Khan > Anderson - Pretty equal but Anderson's fitness is better which gives him the edge. Yadav > Finn - Finn is ahead at this point. He has the potential to be an ATG but Yadav has made a superb start to his career. Aaron > Broad - No chance. Sharma > Tremlett - Tremlett is significantly better, Ishant is too inconsistent and poor against left handers. Kumar = Bresnan - Need to see Kumar on more batting friendly surfaces. I would rather have Bresnan in my side as he is quicker and a better batsman. Ashwin = Swann - Ashwin has made a promising start but leave aside the fact that India have played Swann easily, he has taken wickets against most other nations and is a very good spinner. Swann is definitely ahead of Ashwin at the moment but Ashwin looks to have the potential to be a very good spinner. Jadeja > Panesar - Panesar never plays anymore. Bhajj > Patel. - Bizarre comparison. What do you guys think? England are still quite a lot better IMO.
Pagalpanti Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 The best part is after your whole post you yourself point out that its Bizarre comparison.
Magneto Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 I think Aaron is already better than Wasim+Waqar+Walsh+Ambrose. He would have singlehandedly bowled out this Australia team under a score of 21.
MCcricket Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 England attack no doubt is good , but not g8, most of their sccess comes from their home conditions and fast tracks, see what happended in India, not even close to WI, Pakistan, Aussie, attack at their best.I believe we have a world class attack but very poor bench thanks to selectors, with our current attack on English tour we would've bowled better then Poms,Tremlett to me is the best, Finn can be good and mediocre, Broad over hyped,Swann well India would be happy to play him,Bresnan though is good very under rated.
indiaregulator Posted December 29, 2011 Author Posted December 29, 2011 Exactly. Finn is the most ovverated young bowler in the world. I'll be surprised if he reaches top 15 in the ICC rankings ever. Anderson is crap on anything other than a green top and he is slower than most of India's bowlers which is a joke for a "fast" bowler. Broad is just crap end of. See 6 6's. Bresnan is cack at bowling, stick to his batting, more his strength. I don't see how any Indians could possibly be defending England. Its tosh and were so lucky against us. The umpires, luck, pitches, DRS were all on their side. A complete unfair tour.
