Yoda-esque Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Watched Season 1.Brilliant! Brilliant! The guy who plays Sherlock is , dare I say, as good as Brett. Those who haven't watched and think that Sherlock cannot be dramatized in the 21st century..think again!

The show, which has airs on PBS in the Us, stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock Holmes with Martin Freeman as Dr. Watson. Although those involved have been cagey up to now about continuing, co-creator Steven Moffat tweeted on Sunday night, źes of course thereÃÔ going to be a third series it was commissioned at the same time as the second. Gotcha! Moffat, who wrote Steven SpielbergÃÔ The Adventures Of Tintin and exec produces Doctor Who, piped up with the news just as series 2 ended in the UK to strong ratings. Production company Hartswood, which makes the show for the BBC, tells me a 3rd series is in the early planning stages for 2013. A big question hovering over the continuation has been if stars Cumberbatch and Freeman would be able to return. Ž»

J P K Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 how??? as in he fell at an angle to lessen damage or watelse? do u remember the two kids accused sherlock of kidnapping them now how is tht possible ? unless Moriarty used sherlock`s mask on his face to disguise himself moriarty committed suicide by shooting himself in his mouth blood was flowing out from his back of the head sherlock might have pushed moriarty after wearing that mask on his face which he might have found on moriarty`s pocket i don`t really think sherlock jumped from that height

I had explained it to B555 in a PM earlier; here it is for the rest The moment he walks out of the flat with rich brooks, he says there is only one thing left for him to finish his game.. and it hits him. He goes to meet molly. He knows he is supposed to die. He takes mollys help, that much u can guess. He chooses the building to jump off.. calls moriarty on the top of that building. When watson comes, he makes sure that watson stands at a particular spot.. makes him walk back also. He also tells watson to stand there and there only. If you notice there is an obstacle and watson cannot see the whole fall. There is a garbage truck at the bottom when sherlock falls. Afterwards you can see it move away after they show the body on the ground. The body that is on the ground is not sherlock, it is some other body that has fallen from a lower floor, presumably a dead body that has been altered by molly just like how it was done for irene adler. As soon as sherlock falls, watson runs, and is hit by that cyclist, and he does not get to see a good view of the body. The paramedics are also there immediately, and people are blocking him from the body. So it seems pretty obvious to me that sherlock fell into the garbage truck, this is some other body that molly has altered and dropped from the second floor, etc Now watch the last few scenes again and you will see it.

The only problem with that theory is that Moriarty's body would have a gun shot and also he was much shorter than Holmes

Anyway, in the fall from so many feet, wouldn't the mask fly off?
