Trichromatic Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 A match winning 30. Please comment. :P
sm332 Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 it is fair to say that he probably deserves to be dropped especially considering the next WC is back here and his mode of play doesnt seem likely to succeed in Oz
ViruRulez Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 I have been saying it for a long time and even before the world cup. He needs to be more patient in order to remain in the team. But he has never changed his patience. I have never understood why he never gained patience even after going through such a rough period. And the biggest problem is that now the opposition does not fear him and that was his biggest positive in the past. Now, the opposition just looks at him as an easy wicket who will just last for a few overs. So, he is not at all effective in his current form.
MCcricket Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 I have heard about how fickle fate and a woman is , also some posters out here, this guy scored a 200, he is one reason why teams fear us, Sehwag is going nowhere maybe some rest will help, he is an all time g8.The team as a unit lacks a will to fight , cohesiveness , it is not talent we lack, Dhoni , Cheeka alot to blame, also Dravd, VVS, tENDULKAR IN odi's needs to go, along with Dhoni as TEST captain..
gs Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Sehwag needs to go from ODIs. In tests he should bat in the middle order. He gave some terriffic performances during his time, but its time to move on now.
NareshK Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 What I dont understand is why he doesnt stay in the middle for a bit longer just to get his timing right before he plays shots in the air. He is obviously out of form and his confidence is not very high. Its stupid just to go and play his "natural" game and slash at wide deliveries from the word go. He just needs to stay till the 10th over at least and give the other batsmen strike to get some form back. But its disappointing to see he doesnt have the commitment to apply himself. Nobody is doubting his ability but there's no excuse for this attitude IMO.
saneindian Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Sehwag would continue to butcher attacks in Asian conditions. All I want him is to lose some of that fat and get back to the shape he was in during the 2011 WC.
Aaku Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 and gone... :(( mil gayi tere kaleje ko thandak ???
saneindian Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 The Delhi dasher would be back. His ODI career is far from over.
MCcricket Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 What if we get into finals and Sehwag wins it with 2 fantastic knocks , lol bumbling idi!@t CHEEKA waat will he haave to saay
