So this ban for Dhoni probably would be the best thing that would have happened. Anyway, in this series at least Dhoni was not adding much value as a captain or as a batsman. I feel Dhoni himself would be relieved to get a break before the ODIs. Being Test captain of India at present couldn't be a pleasant experience anyway.

We need serious changes from top to bottom, means players to team management. Need to bring young legs in the field for seniors and then need to have a new captain and need a new bowling coach as well as a new head coach. Fletcher has proved a disaster. Series is heading towards 4-0 and 3-4 days finish in this test as well. Aussies are scoring where they want but Indian batsmen will forget they too have bats to score runs.

I think its a general matter of team morale/psyche. No intent, no sense of purpose, no one really cares. Both Dhoni and Sehwag have been reactive rather than trying to make things happen. Also, have to say that Saha's keeping looks way better than Dhoni's.
