rkt.india Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 Shami Ahmed was brilliant in the match, especially today he was unplayable, 8 wickets in the match plus total 6 slip catches dropped in the match on his bowling, most of them were regulation in slips
MCcricket Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 Shami Ahmed was brilliant in the match' date=' especially today he was unplayable, 8 wickets in the match plus total 6 slip catches dropped in the match on his bowling, most of them were regulation in slips[/quote'] I have seen him bowl in 140's in CLT20 , WHAT DO U THINK HE WAS BOWLING AT, THESE SPEED GUNS ARE CRAP OFF BY 10 K'S ME THINKS

Both Shami and Dinda were clocking similar speeds, but Shami at times was clocked quicker.
Magneto Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 Anustup Majumdar - 2 centuries and a half century in 3 games :woot: Joint Man of the tournament with Dinda. :aha:
Magneto Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 shami deserved it :(( It was a helpful track for pacers and no other batsmen crossed 50 (barring Anustup Majumdar's 52)! Saha himself scored more than that CZ scored in the first innings. Shami bowled damn well, but Saha's was the defining performance of the match head and shoulders above the rest on a difficult track.
Stuge Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 well done :) Now we need pick few best performer from these tournaments :)

Couple of catches were of the same guy. Shami is just starting off, let him win Bengal the Vijay Hazare Trophy now. Then we'll see. I can't complain though - all the 4 Bengal players have been exemplary in this tournament.
Old guy Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 @dada in odis is diff ball game..in it batsmen win u matches so if batting fails u won win :dontknow:
Magneto Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 @dada in odis is diff ball game..in it batsmen win u matches so if batting fails u won win :dontknow: They have a chance of bowling out other teams for smaller totals in conducive pitches. And then the batsmen can play aaram se. We still have Anustup, Saha, Laxmi Ratan Shukla to bat so should be a pretty competitive unit.
