Looks like lessons have not been learnt and everything in the Indian cricket setup is more a reactive process then proactive and no planning as to what we need to do to have a strong squad, Dinda, VK, PK are a waste of time in ODI'S and should not even been anywhere close to a test side, Zak sems unfit and not the same bowler he was, Dhoni is a brainless wonder and not having any idea at all how to build a squad and look for talent instead going for players of his camp. Selectors are worse and have shown no direction or planning and we have seen blunders galore, we have a year before we head over seas, selectors need to pick atleast 2 talented debutants , especially fast bowlers for each tour,right now our bowling is embarrasingly poor,need some planning and also seperate squads for odi's, t20, test. Joe Dawes has been in charge of the team long enough and needs to ring in the changes along with Fletcher and Dhoni and selectors , bowling has been very poor, unimaginative, we wont get anywhere with this bowling against any decent side.
