Those were different selectors. That selection committee did a much better job than Srikanth. They brought new players and persisted with them. Before that we had More who too did decent job. Look at this selection committee, They brought Dravid in ODIs again. I am pretty sure if Ganguly come out of retirement, they could have brought him again in the team as well.
