The Outsider Posted March 21, 2012 Author Posted March 21, 2012 :hysterical: The Bhakth brigade is hitting new lows everyday. :hatsoff: Their bankruptcy of words is so obvious. Repeatedly, over the last few days people have mentioned Gavaskar and Prabhakar's innings as analogies to what Tendulkar did, for whom no one comes up in defense, but they keep rambling on and on about dedication of life. Did Gavaskar dedicate his life any less to Indian cricket than Tendulkar? He is still dedicating it by commenting on it everyday. Wasn't his 36 disgraceful?
Sachinism Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 see..we normal people respect him for wht he did... we think he is a gr8 cricketer probably the best ever.. but that does not makes him god.. or some one who is flawless he has every right to make money no one is complaining abt that but when his fans make him look like a poor person who has sacrificed everything for his country thats where for me problem starts and disgraceful threads are made :giggle: Don't worry its not about you. For many the problem started when they couldn't handle how much love and appreciation someone else gets. While they have to tug their knobs to convince themselves 'somebody' loves them.
Ultimate_Game Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 How many millions was he earning ( or was promised to earn), when he was 8 y.o. kid - that motivated him to get up at 5 am in the morning and get on local train to practice. Least, I am sure you must still be sucking on your mamma's nipples at that age and crying for candies. And its not just about him, Do you know how much Pankaj Advani earns? Geeth Sethi earned? How many millions are stashed under Dhanraj Pillai's bed? ........ You know nothing about what motivates a sportsman of highest class. Every kid in India plays cricket. I am sure you did that just like SRT, me and millions others. Regarding catching train and playing cricket, plenty of people do that and still do. Hell I used to catch bus to go play school matches during summer vacation. In Delhi during summers (summer vacation time) you will be surprised how many kids do so, and I am sure kids in Mumbai do the same. But as time goes on and you have to make a choice and I wasn't good enough to continue cricket like millions others whereas SRT was. Hell he was in Bombay side at 14 and scored 100s in domestic tourneys!!! But I doubt he would have continued playing cricket if he didn't make any money out of the game coz at the end of the day you have to feed the family as well. Love for sport is fine but nobody "dedicates life for the team" if you die of hunger.
King Tendulkar Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 Their bankruptcy of words is so obvious. But none can match your dedication and commitment to India cricket as you stated before. You have done more for indian cricket then Tendulkar and Gavaskar, isn't that right Mr Proffessor, you ATG poster!

Did Gavaskar dedicate his life any less to Indian cricket than Tendulkar? He is still dedicating it by commenting on it everyday. Wasn't his 36 disgraceful? You guys come up with the worst analogies. Gavaskar still dedicating his life to Indian cricket. We all know what controls this puppet - http://blogs.reuters.com/india/2011/08/06/shastri-gavaskar-paid-to-preach-bcci-gospel/ BTW isn't this the guy that touched Tendulkar's feet and bowed to him?
Crookbond Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 I don't wanna drag this off-topic' date=' but believe me, [b']she was no way near selfless as she's being made out to be. Yeh she did some good, but it was all for personal records. Another selfish midget Lets assume the highlighted is true, it's highly contentious point but lets for a moment take that aside. Now, go back and read your earlier comment in context to what you are saying. You said - "Mother Teresa is sh!t compared to Sachin Tendulkar". My Oh My ... the audacity and then rather than accepting it happened in the heat of the moment you rather want to go and defend the statement. What's more, you expect people to believe you're objective in your judgment with Tendulkar. Good luck with that. :nice:
Dravid_TheWall Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 :cantstop::hysterical: Sreesanth ki entry. Ab interesting ho jayegi thread. :haha: It is true. I come on this thread and I see people comparing midget to jawans and mother theresa. Tindu doesn't have anything offer beyond cricket. Since everyone is hell bent on talking about a cricketer who has devoted himself to the world, than look no further than Sreesanth. He is writing a book on life, he has taken part in dancing/acting/singing, he writes poetry, philosophy, loves nature, good to his fans, visits young poor kids and allows them to dream. He has more wisdom then Tindu, what can Tendulkar do apart from play cricket? Cricketer S Sreesanth performing 'Sayana Pradakshinam' at Sabarimala temple ...excuse the excess weight, it was off season. Shiv Sena said Gavasker was a true Marati unlike Tindu, if he can't even win approval of his own state, let alone entire Bharat.
Sachinism Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 a day in the life of Mr. Brain Dead 1. Did Gavaskar dedicate his life any less to Indian cricket than Tendulkar? He is still dedicating it by commenting on it everyday. Wasn't his 36 disgraceful? Fanaticism clouds people's judgement. These guys can't stand a single criticism of their hero. Even today many people call Kapil selfish for prolonging his career and most Kapil fans probably agree with that or politely disagree cause they were just fans and not fanatics. We are talking a new breed here.

And what about Tendulkar skipping playing for India, so he could perform tamasha for Mukesh and Neeta Ambani. Tell me how has Gavaskar's dedication to Indian cricket been any less than Tendulkar's that Gavaskar's 36 can be called disgraceful 40 years later and anyone criticizing Tendulkar's selfish innings becomes a retarded chewtiya?
Lurker Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 Yeh its OK for you to attack a cricketer' date=' but how dare someone else do it [/quote'] You should perhaps grab a cup of cool-aid and understand the difference between criticism and attack? By the by any ideas why your lot is so sensitive about any criticism of bhagwan-ji? Sachin played a bad innings, lets call that out and move on. Why do you lot keep equating that with attack on his integrity?? Last time I checked nobody questioned his commitment in taking a running catch off Lamb in early 90s! The criticism of SRT here is fair and square, deal with it and move on. xx
akshayxyz Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 mr brain dead strikes again :haha: the clueless wonder is suggesting to others that they know nothing I am sorry for your lack of development and short hands.
zen Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 loserxyz aka mr. brain dead is an interesting subject, should visit the zoo someday to check him out :--D

Good luck with that. :nice: People could've the same way said how it was a poor innings and left it at that match, but no, they took shots at his whole career & his character. Maybe if others took a reasonable approach, they'd be given the respect. Yeh that (piece of ****) comment was 'heat of the moment' but the point still stands - No way as selfless as most people believe
Crookbond Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 What do you expect him to say, when someone starts a retarded comment - Sachin vs Teresa. UG passed his verdict, so did Sachinism. Why you have a problem with that? Are you a Teresa Bhakt? Akshay, You castigate someone who calls a professional a "disgrace" for a particular act - may or may not be true but you find it okay to call a woman of peace (Nobel Peace Prize award) a piece of sh!it. Irrespective of whether I find I am a Teresa bhakt or not that particular comment was uncalled for, IMHO.
zen Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 I can see mr. braindead with the laptop, but is the one at the far end Sachinism? :hmmmm2:
Sachinism Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 And what about Tendulkar skipping playing for India, so he could perform tamasha for Mukesh and Neeta Ambani. You know as well as I do, too many people have made investments including the board to allow Tendulkar (or other big name players) to skip the IPL. They've been told, if they're fatigued and need a break, they are free to skip any tour for India

Lurker Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 So whats this - "I might not have scored a single "international" run' date=' while Tendulkar has scored 100 "international" hundreds but [b']I can proudly say that I have never deliberately and willfully jeopardized the chances of any team I have been on, in any field to pursue my individual goals. It's more than Tendulkar will ever achieve in his life - integrity and dedication to the teams' cause. " - Dude. I am reading that line now, but what is so wrong about that???? You, and other Sachin-bhakts, tend to beleive he is above you in every aspect. Fair enough, but please leave us out of this. Yes Sachin is one of the best sons we ever produced, doesnt make him better than us in every aspect, does it now? Imagine how it would feel if someone walked to your parents and told - Ha your kid sucks in front of Sachin..or maybe shared the same sentiment with your spouse/better half. Sachin is awesome, but he aint better than you in every aspect. Have some backbone to urself...or atleast let some of us have it. :whack:
