He dominated him for one over.. i think.. smashing 4 fours just before he was dismissed. Actually Sadagopan Ramesh played him better than anyone else.

I am not sure how many of you have seen Aravinda de silva.. He is one of the best player against spin. He always wonderfully used the depth of the crease against spin. He is the best player i have ever seen against Saqlain Mushtaq.

Sachin always plays bowlers better after a few games. Warne did quite well initially in that home series, but as the series went on, Sachin got the better of him. He is currently not able to pick the doosra. Once he starts reading it from the hand, its not that difficult to play Ajmal well.

yup.. he doesn't look all the penetrative when you see with naked eye.. THat is what puzzles me why righties have a problem picking him.. May be his short stature and little bit of pause helps him? He is not even having a classical loop that an offie has.

From what i have read, Pakistani fans rate De Silva as the only batsman to take Saqlain to the cleaners when he was at his peak.

Credit where its due. He's a special talent. World Cricket needs such talent to keep it exciting. There has to be talent like Ajmal, Kohli, Warner, Steyn keeping world cricket exciting. Imagine cricket without these players.
