GautiMaan Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 Things might seem pretty bleak right now with India losing 8 consecutive tests and exiting two ODI tourneys. But I believe that the the likes of Kohli,Rohit,Tiwary,Pujara etc will scale greater heights than srt,rd and vvs in India and overseas. In aaron and yadav we have two genuine quicks,I doubt we ever had two bowlers of their pace before. The BCCI just need to manage these players properly and things will happen automatically.Ur thoughts..

Needforspeed Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 Yes be optimistic. The next two years will see the birth of a new and exciting team. The next generation to carry forward the work of the ATGs. Birth is always painful.
Roshanrocks Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 The darkest hours are as soon as the lights get turned off... for an hour... nothing to do with dawn :sherlock:
Prakat Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 Didn't you mean IPL when you said dawn in your title? :idunno: j/k It's only in the past one year that we've grown comfortable with the idea of an Indian team without Sachin, Sehwag, VVS, Dravid, and more so towards the end of it with Kohli's blossoming as a man who delivers when the team needs it. Gautam had already cemented his position as a calm accumulator who will see us through the middle overs. With Dhoni, Yuvi, Raina and Zak we have a bridge generation between SVD and these guys, which will smoothen the transition to the new guard over the next few years.
Old guy Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 how ? i odnt think raina, rohit have done anything even players like gauti are struggling over seas...in batting there is only kohli and in bowling there is only yadav who looks impressive (in tests) i think our next fall would be losing at home.. against england

Tapioca Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Who said it is the darkest hour ? It is just 10:30 pm. There is plenty more to come
