But there is lot of lot of highly paid cricketer in pune team and if they can’t justify the money they are earning then kaheka professional .Sourav is their 2nd choice player for them and what do you expect more from him (I don’t think sourav has been paid more money for captaining the pune team) and shame to pune management they even can’t pick atleast two captaining figure at auction still they have to relay on a 2nd choice player. For that foreign player “have you played your own game? ”Your comment is justified when you have played your own game & still the team is loosing. About the selection Anustup Majumder name any better pune local player better than him. “CAPTAIN IS AS GOOD AS THE TEAM IS” so it is the failure of pune team and Ganguly is the part of that but not the only mujrim. By the way what was your expectation on pune before the starting of ipl season 2012.

He should have stopped playing the IPL a long ago, Bedi told Mid Day on Wednesday. "He is leading the Bengal side even today as well as in the IPL franchisee he is playing for depriving a youngster," Bedi said. "And for Ganguly, it's too much on his plate, Apart from playing in the IPL, Ganguly heads the the technical committee of the BCCI and leads Bengal in the Ranji Trophy, he is also a commentator. "How can he wear so many caps?" Bedi asked. But Bedi feels, Ganguly should choose one role. "If he wants to play there's no harm in it and none can stop him, but then, you should quit the other roles," Bedi said.
