Every tom dick and harry knows jadeja is not good enough for test cricket. Well done getting triple tons, that is good. But they were on some of the flattest tracks ever. We all know if he goes touring batting in tests in SA etc he will get mauled by fast bowling. I believe the selctors must know this as well. But under orders to pick the csk player by the fat ugly president of BCCI. You dont pick a player based on couple of performances in recent times, you need to look beyond numbers and wether they have class to deliver at top level etc But I believe selctors deep down know this but... Would not suprise that when jadeja is dropped he will be replaced by csk raina for reasons we all know why, when we all know he is not good enough for tests and is odi player only

Exactly VERY flat tracks. Well gues what if we tour england and other they will not all be flat etc. Stick him on A tour, if he delivers then may start to talk. But at present we all know deep down he wont deliver

I guarantee one thing. In tests, especially overseas he will be a walking wicket. And before some posters jump in and say o but others are doing no good in tests either, yes thats the point, we need to get in players who will do well in tests in all conditions. Yes you look at ranji but also need to look at were you score runs and how. For example this cannot be made more clear for bowlers and those saying just look at stats. There are seamers who take wickets in Ranji but frankly if you dont bowl with pace you will get clobbered at INTERNATIONAL level. Thats why many a pacer is brought in to international teams based on their wheels and obvious talent, rather then some honest FC work horse who bowls 130 and gets wickets consistently but in higher levels will be cannon fodder(dinda for example will get clobbered in tests and is a joke selction). Nothing wrong with the honest consistent performer in FC and I wish that translated to success in tests but will all know that it needs that extra X factor in class for tests. Jadeja has a chance of scoring runs in Inda, a small chance. But overseas he will be pathetic, so pathetic that frankly I would pick raina and yuvi over him as they would do better overseas then him. I hope I am proved wrong and Jadeja does the bussiness. Just cant see it happening
