no, I want both of them to succeed that said,Chawla selection is insane n I hope he is consigned to his rightful place soon Jaddu deserves his chance though,yes h may not hv perfect technique,but has scored runs n taken wickets,cant argue with that.as for Rahane,Rohit,its sad but they will get thier due chance soon imo

Then better to pick a Yadav who bowls 90mph and had no mass sats in Ranji. Thus Yadav is a clear example of not going by stats only etc etc but looking who can do it at test level with regards to abilty and technique

yes they already should played instead of Raina,Yuvi or even Tendulkar,thats why I said sad,hopefully they'll play next Test. about Jadeja,u r mixing batsmen n pace bowlers.pace bowlers especially are picked at young age based on raw talent.again there too a PK is selected too,purely coz of his numbers Jadeja doesnt hv perfect technique,but is still young n has decent temperament.agree Rahana,Rohit should hv been picked if we were looking purely for a batsman,but hes selected as an allrounder n so far he done well in that regard

Its clear that Viru/Gambhir and SRT need to be replaced by Rahane and Rohit now Jadeja is just a stop gap for a solid number 6 . Regardless Rahane,Kohli,Sharma and Pujara deserve 4 of the top 5 slots. Theres doesn't seem to be a decent opener on the horizon.
