Serani Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 This Bell-Drummond lad for England seems to score plenty of runs, hold on for a few years Strauss and this lad can take over.
Sachinism Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 This Bell-Drummond lad for England seems to score plenty of runs' date=' hold on for a few years Strauss and this lad can take over.[/quote'] Yeh has had an amazing run. Just banging 100's for fun. Got a mate who played with him, talks highly of him.
chainsmoker1985 Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 You should know given the dismal record of your batting "greats" in Australia. Abe, he is Indian...
Ahmed Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Abe' date=' he is Indian...[/quote'] No man I am a pakistani.
Ahmed Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 You should know given the dismal record of your batting "greats" in Australia. Our greats, your greats have nothing to do with this topic. It's about the indian u19 team which is probably touring Australia for the first time and they are not used to play on these kind of wickets, hence my comment.
Sooda Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 indians in every team Yeah! Inderbir Singh Sodhi is in fact Indian born, bowling for NZ U19s
MCcricket Posted April 5, 2012 Author Posted April 5, 2012 So India lost the first game , looks like our bowling is comparatively weak, lets see how they play next against the Aussies.
speed_demon Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Passi takes out the 1st wicket. http://livescores.cricket.com.au/summary_2693_3.html
rkt.india Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Passi takes out the 1st wicket. http://livescores.cricket.com.au/summary_2693_3.html Pass had taken 4 wickets in the last match as well. He has been taking more wicket than Sandeep Sharma in junior cricket for Punjab.
rkt.india Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Over 5.1: Passi to Patterson, one run, DROPPED, drives hard outside off stump and the ball flies off the edge. Deobrat at 2nd slip throws himself high to his left but can't hold it. :wall:
Ahmed Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Australia u19s need only 13 runs from 18 balls to win
rkt.india Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Australia u19s need only 13 runs from 18 balls to win Played too many spinners, all thrashed for runs. Where is Rush Kalaria and Mohsin Syyed, pacers.
Ahmed Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Played too many spinners' date=' all thrashed for runs. And why didn't Australia play Cummins? Isn't he also in the squad?

chainsmoker1985 Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 No man I am a pakistani. Well, you might be a Pakistani, but you seems like a wise-Paki. Read your posts here and there and you talks pretty sanely :two_thumbs_up:
chainsmoker1985 Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Can't say anything about Passi, till the time we see him live.... He might be taking good amount of wickets but that happens in junior levels or even domestic levels. We, just saw yesterday, some people here on ICF had very high hopes of Bhuvneshwar Kumar and I used to say that he is just another Kumar trundler. And he came out to be just that as in yesterday's Pune match, the keeper was standing up to him and he was looking totally ineffective. B Kumar was bowling around 126-132 k but even at that pace, he was looking totally ineffective and was not any better than Ravi Bopara.

Have not seen Passi yet. He has a better physique for a pacer than Sharma, saw his FB account.
