Hmmmmm.... he would have access to good video replays to examine tells in the bowlers deliveries. be able to get eye surgery (had **** vision apparently). Elbow surgery too. Play on covered flat tracks. Awesome when you play away its a quick flight instead of journey by ship! Oh hey he can wear padding so he doesnt have to worry about getting hurt! Fat modern bats that will make the ball race to boundary. Cool the rules got changed so you can't litter leg side with fielders. Only 2 bouncers lawl. Human evolution in the last 40 years caused human arm strength increase way beyond what people could do in his time! Didnt you see the videos they r all slow n stuff! : ( So by my super accurate calculations his average is around 99.94

I dont know!
:hehe: it seems you don't watch test matches, you don't know how to use stats guru, you know nothing about standard deviations, distance from peers.... All the necessary data is there, even (or perhaps only) a monkey with a calculator can tell that he would have averaged beashtily 79.65, exactly 2.743 standard deviations away from modern era average.

If he had played with same technique, gears, bats, preparation, mindset as he did play in his time, then it would have been somewhere 10-20. But if he had adjusted to all new things, then who knows? It could have been anything. Impossible to guess.

A. windies pace quartret: 50 - 55 B. SAF trio: 75 It's tempting to put the third option what he would have done against Warne and Murali bowling together.

I think you just missed some important aspects of the modern game. 1. LBW rule, balls pitched outside off can get you LBW 2. Reverse swing, now not only your head, your toes are also targeted. 3. Doosra / Carom ball 4. Analysis of batting techniques 5, Better fielding skills 6. Better planning. My guess is Bradman would ahve averaged around 70 with modern bowling, lesser against quartret of Windies.

Against Indian bowling line up, he would have easily averaged over 100. But against the Pak,Aus 90's line up, the current Eng, SA line up not more than 45-50
