Cricket_Guru Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 Having so many star players and being organised terrifically, does this deserve two seasons like EPL Football, but ofcourse shorten the number of matches being played. so yes or no?
Cricket_Guru Posted April 12, 2012 Author Posted April 12, 2012 it is possibe if it can be completed with 4 weeks both times.
1983-2011 Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 champions league is farce atm, i understand all the financial side of it and the stakeholders interests but might aswell invite 1 team from Pak, Bangla. 2 teams from IPL, BBL and south africa can automatically qualify while another team from IPL, 2 teams from england and 1 team from the other 5 nations can play qualifiers to get in the tourney
Ultimate_Game Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 Once every year over 4 weeks is more than enough.
punjabi_khota Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 EPL happens twice a year :omg: Didn't know that :((
Cricketics Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 I doubt pakistani players will get the visa for 2nd edition of IPL, if they aren't able to get the first time. So no use of having 2 editions
bulbul Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 current duration is good..add one more team and extend a week more
IKnowU Posted April 13, 2012 Posted April 13, 2012 4-5 months long Games played only during Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Domestic commitments for domestics players must be honored where need be. Internationals commitments must be honored during the season regardless, when finished can go back to IPL.
