Most important need to make three teams, T20 team based on IPL , domestic performances, Virat , Sehwag, Gambhir any one among them as captain.ODI's also specialist players, emphasis on fitness and good allround players.VK, PK might be a short term option only able to bowl when circumstances favour them, get in Awana, Dinda, Aaron,Dhawan, not sure about Jadeja, Parthiv. Test team needs most thought, Dhoni should be out as captain and keeper, Saha comes in, new captain, Rahane, Rohit, Murali, Mukund, Umesh, Ishant, Pujara, Virat, Aaron, Awana should be in the frame. Players that have not impressed at all are , Parthiv, M Tiwary, Jadeja, Manish Pandey, PK, VK, Ashwin seems to have regressed, exciting talent on the horizon, Suyal, Anwar Ahmed,R Shukla.

SLICKR392 Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 He has got PK to bowl well after a horrible start to the season. He has got good quicks to coach..Yadav n Aaron. Got to have Ishant back inform...Zak, as said above, can be a good mentor. People such as Dravid,Sachin,Zak should be in the Indian side helping youngsters after they retire especially Zaheer.
