Needforspeed Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 I think CSK should look for 6-7 runs per over from him from singles and twos and go after the weaker bowlers. The risk is u could get out to the weaker bowlers..but if u are playing against bowlers like Narine, Malinga, Steyn etc, thats the only strategy.

Exactly. a 6-7 over can be quickly compensated for by a bigger over where they manage 3 boundaries.

Didn't connect even a single ball. An inform Raina would be the best bet. rightnow he is getting out to just about everyone. All you need to bowl in his arc. Irrespective of which way it turns he can still muscle it.

He performed well against Narine in West Indies. One of the few Australian batsmen to pick and play him well. He's not entirely comfortable as yet but I guess he has improved. After all, he's Mr. Cricket. I still place my bet on him.

Needforspeed Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 Best not to take him on...Instead play him out. Even in the MI match where MI scored 182 runs, Narine had figures of 4-0-28-0, while all other bowlers were carted around.
