Various cases... Some encounters' date=' some political killing of rival power centers in the party... I think some of the dark secrets are coming out and will come out more... Hence he is on a mission and hurry... He thinks that this is the right moment for him to 'lead' the party to victory after the misrule of UPA.... There's already lot's of anti-incumbency factor and he wants to cash in and claim the glory... But IMO he'll end up with lot's shyte on his face and take down BJP...[/quote'] love ur posts man :hysterical: :two_thumbs_up: but tell u what,in india its almost impossible that a powerful person will get punished or meet his comeuppance ..his pugnacious figure is a thing to worry for BJP but they are hoping that it`ll fetch support which finally gets proselytized to votes..now that they will fight the elections with him as a leader only time will tell what it leads to..lets wait and watch

diggy said congress will not declare its PM candidate b4 the GE as always..this is sad news for BJP' date='they would have hoped rahul baba would be the face of the party b4 elections :(([/quote'] whether Cong announces it or not, everyone knows that Rahul Gandhi is the leader (both the face of the party and the person behind the organizational changes) for the 2014 elections.

Dada, one 1983, who hardly participates in any discussions beyond posting articles, was the reason for your post in the other thread?

Dada' date=' one 1983, who hardly participates in any discussions beyond posting articles, was the reason for your post in the other thread?[/quote'] Bhaya, there are many Congress supporters here, including yourself, MTC, Beautifulgame, DM, DomainK etc. :icflove: But there's a chance that you guys might vote for BJP/NDA to encourage multiparty democracy in India (if BJP gets their act right)... 1983-2011 is one Congressi will never vote for BJP/NDA (I don't care) and I know the reasons but won't discuss here otherwise the thread might get locked..:icflove: So, yes that was the reason.

I won't be wrong in saying that a lot of them would actually vote for the BJP if it weren't for Modi being the leader :hmmm:

No you're not wrong.. and that's what makes me angry at BJP/RSS/Modi... The same RSS was hounding Modi few months ago over that Joshi guy... These kachchadharis, I tell you (since me too hails from Nagpur), are the most idiotic lot I've seen ever controlling a national party... :wall:

for their whole life they waited for someone from the BJP to come to power Nationally and then when it finally happened, the leader turned out to be AtalJi - a big  for RSS' Hindutva agenda.........so its obvious that the very idea of Modi being the PM is enough to make them forget their opposition to him.

Lol' date=' even during Vajpayee's time, BJP could only get to 182 on its own..... without Modi, it would do well to reach past 150 as I have already said... you can live in fantasy phsecular land all you want[/quote'] There is no fantasy. I know many people who wanted to vote BJP and are not going to do only because of Modi. You have some examples on this forum too

If I am a Congress supporter, why have I voted for or supported BJP in certain elections like '98, '99, and '04 and would have done so in these elections as well if they did not have a right wing nut at the helm. I am strongly against Modi, that is different from being a Congress supporter. Even the others you mentioned are hardly rabid Congress supporters like you were implying in the other thread. They might prefer Congress over BJP on majority of the occasions, but I've seen all of them being critical of Congress as well. Anyhow, I just felt it was a very unfair generalization and wanted to point it out. Back to Modi, the thing is there are four main effects at work here: 1. People like me, who were sick of the Congress performance, and would have voted for BJP if a right wing nut was not leading them. These people will end up voting for Congress. 2. Lackadisical BJP supporters who otherwise might not have voted, will now vote for the BJP. 3. Non BJP voters who would have voted for other parties on different issues, will now vote for the local candidate most likely to defeat Modi. 4. Non BJP voters who would have voted for them in alliance of a party they support, will not vote for them. Points 1,3, and 4 work against Modi. Point 2 is in his favor. I don't think the gain from point 2 is enough to offset the losses from points 1,3, and 4.

As per Internet Sherlocks anything is possible in India - so Modi is guilty as charged and complicit in 2002 riots. :good:

Court yet to declare that.

who all here vote for the regional parties like SP,BSP,JDU,CPM etc :hmmm: the icfers living in states like UP ,bihar, oddhisa must be voting for the regional parties at least in the state election no?

and when was the last time you ' date=' MTC , S=G and others confronted him for his hit-and-run tactics like you do for anyone who supports modi ?[/quote'] Saar , don't ask tough question.

:giggle: Court is also yet to declare Sajjan' date=' Tytler's role in 1984 riots. It does not mean they are not complicit.[/quote'] They are innocents , only Modi is guilty as per 'secular' law. Only one smiley this time .

Common sense, Bulbul... Give me reasons why Pappu fans shut done Modi fun making website? So that Modi gets pooh-poohed on ICF? Is that a bigger return than having the fun site itself?

with the kind of corruption/high prices/crime etc we have had in the last 9 (more so in the last 4) years' date=' BJP would have won some more seats than last time irrespective of the leader. The challange for Modi is to convert that "some more seats" figure into "a lot more" and currently he just doesn't look like anywhere close to it.[/quote'] Oh!! He will beat Advani's performance, rest assured. But the question is, is that good enough ?
