We have a regular world cup, mini world cup, 20/20 world cup all spaced within one or two years of each other. By the time you got over one debacle, you already won another. ICC must discontinue the mini world cup format. It does not make sense anymore.

Instead insist on a minimum 3-4 team tournament and get rid of the Champions trophy.
yoda Posted September 25, 2007 Posted September 25, 2007 get rid of these country vs country ODI and 20-20 games and go with professional 20-20 leagues world over. let the countries send a "best of" team for a championship like this one every 2 years. let 20-20 sponsor test cricket till the grand kids of all those who like test cricket start laughing at them.

They want a team called INDIA representing their country and playing against other 'countries'. Test cricket should be fine. It has survived for nearly 150 years and will continue to do so. The day test cricket dies, cricket will die for the body cannot function without the soul.
