The quality of Premier League or La Liga is same as that of Euros and World Cups which is not the case of IPL teams. IPL teams are way behind the national teams. If we allow all 11 overseas players in IPL teams, it will definitely increase the quality of IPL. But will it increase the quality of Indian Cricket Team? I don't think so. Same way 11 top class players from all over the world playing togather in EPL teams make those teams good not the England team. So quality EPL not necessarily means quality England team.
