jairamesh
no amount of team building and bonding sessions will make-up for lack of quality pace bowlers. WIndies played four quicks, whilst we played only 1 quick on this pitch :hysterical: Link to comment

jairamesh
Good win for West Indies, good bowling attack. India got their bowling tactics wrong. Kalaria was almost a non-present with his trundlers. Smit Patel, Harmeet Singh, and Sandeep Sharma put in some good performances. Harmeet looked very good with turn and bounce. Link to comment
Pagalpanti
Windies motoring to a win now, and deservedly. Just like seniors, the U19 will have to rely on batting thorugh this tournament. Sad situation, and shows how poor BCCI grass-roots planning is so pathetically poor in such a vast country address the most obvious issues. If anything the batting has been disappointing so far. They defended 190 not long ago vs SL (they r a minnow yea) Batting has to click, they did a decent job trying to defend 160. Link to comment
jairamesh
India U19 loose their first group game against Courtney Walsh :yay: managed West Indies U19. On a side note, I would love to see this West Indies U19 side win the WC, they have some good quicks in them. They already have another Dwayne Bravo in the body of Pollard lined-up in Kyle Mayers, he put in a good all-round performance. Link to comment
rkt.india
U19 doesnt mean 18 here. It means they can be 19 but not turned 20 yet. They can participate if their boethbdate is within particular time frame. They are 19 but not 20. Link to comment

You must remember. They had characterized Umesh Yadav as left arm spinner rather than a fast bowler once. Trundler Sudhindra is listed as right arm fast. Link to comment
