Trichromatic Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 He hardly runs. How will he get any practice to get better? :giggle: It seems like there is some laxman rekha and he is committed not to cross that.
surajmal Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 They better be aiming for 250; anything less would be a failure given the platform they've created.
BeautifulGame Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 TBH rotating strike is a trait that can be developed once u play a few first class games. But Chopra do seem to have a decent technique for these conditions.
vvvslaxman Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 This guy is bowling all over. Best guy to target.
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 By 30th over we should be around 120-125 run mark. Hope batsmen, especially Chopra, pick up the pace a bit.
sreej Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 In Aparagith we seem to have found a genuine allrounder.Hopefully he continue to bat in the top order for Tamil nadu Hasn't he been playing as a spinner/lower order batsman for Tamil Nadu in domestic cricket??
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Chopra also seems to have another problem, i.e. scoring off successive deliveries. Be it 1, 2 or 6 he follows up a scoring shot with a dot the next delivery he faces.
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 We should be targeting 230-240 from here.
vvvslaxman Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 NZ bowling looks ordinary. I think they depend on batting ?
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 NZ bowling looks ordinary. I think they depend on batting ? They did chase 237 against WI so they must be decent with the bat.
vvvslaxman Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Two fairly innocuous bowlers are operating. Pakistan bowling looked better atleast the seamers.
surajmal Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Chand would have been hammering these losers over the ground right now. How the f' do you miss a straight lollypop? effin hell.
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Chopra is playing like I used to in my school days... bat most of the over and take a single off the 5th or 6th delivery :haha:
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Chand would have been hammering these losers over the ground right now. How the f' do you miss a straight lollypop? effin hell. Yup he should look to see off the opening bowlers to hammer the backup bowlers but he looks way too impatient to me. I wish we could have a player who's cross between Chand & Chopra who could be patient up front and then make the opposition pay later on
Ultimate_Game Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Somebody target this Sodhi guy. Other than him NZ don't have any bowler we can target.
BeautifulGame Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 Good partnership so far.Hopefully can continue till 35th over.

Yea.. they are not aggressive enough. Pretty weak.
