A cheat will ALWAYS be very very conscious about his surroundings in ANY sport, and before cheating that person will try his best to find a private spot to do it(unless you're an Afridi). Now let's take Sachin's case. Looking at the way he was rubbing the ball it was clear he was NOT cheating, players are NEVER relaxed when they cheat and Sachin here was casually rubbing the ball, the red shining got scrapped accidentally here. Conclusion? - Sachin tampered the ball accidentally. Now it's up to you to take this as a genuine reason, or go on with you're daily hatred for Indian Cricket to gain channel views.
